okay, so it works now!
that's good. somehow or other Blogger had a need for speed, my old connection just wasn't cutting the mustard, but now with adsl / broadband / whatever you like to call it instead of good old dial-up Blogger is blogging again.

Yay for broadband!! I have to admit I was a little sceptical of the whole thing before we got it, but it's helped us immensely, no more Matthew coming home to cranky Cade wanting to throw the computer out the window due to impossible slowness and being kicked off the net every 45 seconds!
Thanks to broadband we're permanently hooked up, and life is good.
